This is a great development in addition to the hard copy of the NHS Handbook and I am sure that many NHS staff will enjoy the benefits of your obvious hard work and skills in making this available. To have this information at your fingertips is such a useful tool for NHS staff and I congratulate you on both the hard copy and online service that you have produced.
The directory was incredibly useful to a number of people for different purposes. The division of the information by region was of great use as that ties in with the way in which we operate ourselves. The national sections were also useful for occasions when we wanted to target specific areas of councils on a wider scale.

Thank you for my copy of the Procurement Directory. I find the Directory easy to use and by having Authorities and Suppliers listed by functional area you don’t have to hunt around for the relevant people. It is helpful to have all this information in one publication rather than having two or three separate directories cluttering up the shelves.

Yesterday I discovered a fabulous directory that I didn’t know existed and was able to obtain lots of contact details within minutes, as opposed to the usual trawling of the Internet for clues. I also realised there was an online service available to improve the excellent facility still further. Marvellous! Who could ask for more?
I would like comment on how useful I find the directory. The fact that the companies and products have been tried and tested by other fire services saves a great deal of procurement time. It also saves us from “re-inventing the wheel” when specifying products on refurbishment projects.
Kaltz have been very helpful to us as a company, and have shown great understanding and support wherever possible. They keep in touch regularly, offering help and advise where possible and if there is anything that you ever need them to do on your behalf they are willing to do so.
